More Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Site blueprints for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the images.

Furthermore featured in this recent document release seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had formulated development schemes to transform the sprawling island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Visible on the plan is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and features a notes section detailing various areas of the estate.

In addition to this are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including layouts for boat shelters.

More documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight release.
