Devoted supporters of the actress are urging that a person who leaped a barricade and touched the actress during the recent Wicked: For Good launch be arrested or deported from Singapore.

A circulating video shows the Australian man bypassing photographers and charging at Grande while the cast made its way down a promenade surrounded by onlookers.

Cast member Cynthia Erivo immediately wrested the stunned star away from Mr Wen, who was observed being escorted out of the event by guards.

Mr Wen posted on Instagram recently that he was "let go after being taken in", though court documents indicated that he was due to appear on the next day. It is uncertain if he was formally accused.

Record of Event Invasions

This is not the first time for Mr Wen, who labels himself a "Controversial Figure", has invaded a celebrity gathering. His Instagram account contains clips of him disturbing other celebrity events, including breaching the performance area at the pop singer's Sydney show in June this year and in a like fashion during The Chainsmokers concert in the same location last winter.

"There needs to be action enforced against him as this is clearly a punishable act," commented an Instagram user, in a reply to a video Mr Wen posted of his actions.

"Oh wow so you do this a lot... how aren't you in jail?" one Instagram user wrote.

Fans Voice Worry Over Grande's Well-being

Several followers criticized Mr Wen for "triggering past anxiety" Grande, who had discussed suffering from trauma-related anxiety after a devastating incident at the end of her spring 2017 performance in Manchester, claiming the lives of 22 people and harming numerous individuals.

"The star has endured numerous terrifying experiences... including the Manchester tragedy, and you believed breaching security was amusing?" commented another message on Instagram.

A number of supporters also faulted event staff at the Thursday event for not being vigilant enough; while others requested social media platforms to remove Mr Wen's videos.

Aftermath and Premiere Information

In footage shared widely, Grande seemed startled when she was approached by the intruder. Her cast members Michelle Yeoh and Erivo can be observed reassuring her while Mr Wen was led out by staff.

Grande has not commented on the situation, and the premiere activities continued without further issues.

Hundreds of fans had congregated in a crowd of green and pink at the Wicked: For Good regional launch in a Singapore shopping center, including several who had waited for as long as a significant duration before it began.

The movie, to be premiered on the 21st of November, is the second of a two-part adaptation of the popular theatrical production Wicked, which focuses on the unexpected friendship between two distinct characters.

The show itself is a spin-off of the twentieth-century book The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.

Grande, who acts as the character Glinda Glinda, was decked out in a rosé glittering gown at the premiere while Erivo, who plays the wicked witch, wore a elegant ensemble featuring roses.

They were joined by fellow actor Jeff Goldblum.

The initial film, Wicked, was the highest-grossing motion picture of the previous year in the UK, and scored a dozen award recognitions, winning several for best costume and production design.
