The under-pressure manager declared he did not fear the sack, maintaining, “I believe we are really close to changing our fortunes,” even after moving dangerously close to the chopping block with a heavy defeat by their arch-rivals.

Opposition Reaction Outlook

Rangers manager played down talk of a title charge even after what seemed like a statement victory. “Step by step, so we can gradually build something here,” he said. “The faith in the team is excellent.”
